Constraints
- Primary content remains readable without CSS.
- Navigation and content require no client-side JavaScript except the contact form's progressive enhancement.
- No performance score is hardcoded here; audits belong in validation records, not marketing copy.
- Fictional proof fixtures are marked in data, source documentation, indexes, and record pages.
Security posture
The hosting layer supplies a restrictive content security policy, HSTS, frame restrictions, MIME-sniffing protection, a no-referrer policy, and a narrow permissions policy. The contact form posts to a localhost-only endpoint, stores no submissions, and keeps direct email visible as a fallback. Cloud-email CLI delivery is intentionally not connected yet.
